• Operate, administer, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms and services
• Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and operational readiness of cloud environments
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve performance, capacity, availability, and configuration issues
• Provide L3 technical support for complex cloud incidents, service requests, and change requests, consistent with the responsibilities referenced in your internal material. [Norah Bin...an in chat | Teams]
• Perform cloud platform patching, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities. [Norah Bin...an in chat | Teams]
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual activities
• Support cloud security controls, identity and access management, configuration standards, backup, and disaster recovery
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities, including root-cause analysis for recurring or critical issues
• Monitor cloud utilization and support Fin Ops/cost optimization activities to improve resource efficiency
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and SOPs. Your internal material also specifically identifies operational documentation and SOPs as part of specialist responsibilities. [Norah Bin...an in chat | Teams]
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network, Application, Architecture, and Dev Ops teams to resolve operational issues and support new solutions
• Support cloud migrations, deployments, configuration changes, and integration with on-premises infrastructure
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, and high-availability capabilities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cloud reliability, scalability, security, and operational processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Typically 5-8 years of relevant IT/infrastructure experience, including strong hands-on exposure to cloud operations
• Hands-on experience with one or more major platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Public senior cloud roles similarly emphasize AWS/Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, scalability, and cost efficiency
