We are hiring for a client in Riyadh. They need an experienced SAP S/4
HANA techno-functional consultant to be their single point of contact for everything SAP. You will keep the system running smoothly, help users adopt it, and make sure issues get resolved quickly.
- Coordinate all SAP activities and act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and vendors
- Give day-to-day functional and technical support, and handle incidents and change requests
- Raise tickets with SAP and its support channels and follow them through to closure
- Train users, write user guides, and drive adoption across departments
- Manage enhancements, testing and releases, and keep system documentation up to date
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of SAP experience, including S/4
HANA support or implementation - Strong functional knowledge of the core modules, plus hands-on technical troubleshooting (ABAP is a plus)
- Clear communication and good stakeholder management skills
- GCC or KSA experience
- SAP certification preferred
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory)
