We re looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement on a 3-month contract renewable This is an on-site role in Riyadh Great opportunity for hands-on Oracle experts ready to make immediate impact
Role OverviewAs a Techno-Functional SME you ll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation providing subject matter expertise across configuration troubleshooting and database-level support
Key Responsibilities- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules
- Perform hands-on Oracle Database Oracle DB work queries troubleshooting performance tuning
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes
- Support configuration testing and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape
- Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR HCM
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database SQL PL SQL troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems
- Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration
- Immediate or short-notice availability
- Already holding IQAMA
- Solid Knowledge in EBS
