• Proven experience managing data governance programs
• Solid understanding of data management principles and implementation focusing on data cataloging data classification and data quality
• Proficiency in project management roadmap tracking and monitoring and reporting on data management programs

• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field

• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for program enhancement and support continuous improvement

• Assist in the design and implementation of data management programs such as Data Catalog Data Sharing Data Classification and Data Quality
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps outlining timelines requirements and resource needs
• Oversee program performance and monitor progress against established KPIs
• Identify opportunities for improvement to strengthen data quality accessibility and operational efficiency
• Apply and enforce data governance frameworks policies and standards throughout the organization
• Ensure the consistent implementation of data classification data ownership and access control principles
• Support the implementation of compliance controls in accordance with NDMO requirements and relevant regulations
• Monitor compliance with data governance policies data management requirements and applicable regulatory obligations
• Review and revise governance and compliance policies to incorporate changes in regulatory requirements
• Perform risk assessments associated with data management practices and compliance gaps
• Identify instances of non-compliance and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented promptly
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to data management and compliance activities
• Prepare regular reports outlining performance risks and compliance status
• Maintain records of governance activities compliance assessments and corrective measures
• Collaborate with IT teams business units and data stakeholders to facilitate implementation activities and promote governance adoption

3 5+ years of relevant experience in data management/ data governance.

Proven experience managing data governance programs.

Solid understanding of data management principles and implementation, focusing on data cataloging, data classification, and data quality.

Proficiency in project management, roadmap tracking, and monitoring and reporting on data management programs.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
