Transformation Office Governance Lead

Code Ninja is looking for a Transformation Office Governance Lead.

To embed the Transformation Office in the domain's delivery model - governing the domain's governance cadence, prioritization and quarterly commitments, and giving the Transformation Office a live, unfiltered view of delivery. Reports to the Transformation Office; sits in the domain leadership team.

• Chair the domain scrum of scrums and represent the domain in the cross-domain forum, driving blockers and actions to closure.
• Oversee domain prioritization - challenge new demand, arbitrate trade-offs, keep the backlog ranked on value and capacity.
• Provide end-to-end Q  support: data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan and dependency map.
• Ensure adherence to Q  outcomes - translate decisions into roadmap, OKRs and squad backlogs and track them through the quarter.
• Track delivery of the domain's strategic projects against the committed roadmap - milestones, dependencies, spend and benefits.
• Report delivery drift early, with root cause, impact on Q  commitments and a recovery plan.
• Orchestrate cross-domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing and shared squads.
• Enforce Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truth.
• Escalate unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls and slippage.

• 10+ years in transformation delivery, strategic project or portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.
• Track record of running governance cadences - scrum of scrums, quarterly planning - across multiple squads.
• Experience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to executive forums.
• Proven ability to resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenge senior stakeholders.

• Enterprise transformation operating model and the domain delivery model.
• Agile-at-scale governance, scrum of scrums, Q , and roadmaps.
• Strategic project and portfolio tracking - milestones, spend, benefits.
• Delivery metrics and tooling - Jira / Azure Dev Ops, throughput, burn-up.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Agile-at-scale certification preferred - SAFe (RTE / SPC), agile coaching, PMP / PgMP.
