Combination with Saudi Payroll experience
Key Responsibilities- Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.
- Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA
- Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.
- Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
- Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM
- Involved in end-to-end implementation project of Success Factors EC & S4 HANA Payroll
- Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.
- Previous consulting experience is mandatory
- Saudi Payroll is experience is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Must have good communication/documentation skills
