Job Role:
SAP Success Factors EC Consultant
Job Type: Permanent
Job Requirements:- 1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module.
- 2. Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA
- 3. Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting.
- 4. Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration.
- 5. Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
- 6. Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM
- 7. Involved in end-to-end implementation project of Success Factors EC & S4 HANA Payroll
- 8. Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants.
- 9. Previous consulting experience is mandatory
- 10. Strong stakeholder management experience
- 11. Must have good communication/documentation skills
