The job holder is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of digital solutions and products by overseeing multidisciplinary teams and applying flexible working methods and ensuring the development of integrated and high-quality digital solutions that comply with business requirements and enterprise design standards in order to achieve implementation efficiency systems sustainability quality of digital outputs enhancing the user experience and achieving digital transformation goals.
Job Responsibilities- Implement plans and provide the necessary inputs to be able to achieve digital development goals that support the Authority s overall strategic objectives
- Discuss budget requirements Digital development with senior management and provide input related to the budgeting process
- Ensure optimal use of the digital development budget and provide an accurate report on progress and challenges encountered
- Validate initiatives and propose the implementation of those that achieve positive financial results for digital development and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Supervise the readiness of test environments and implement system tests and user acceptance tests in accordance with approved standards
- Oversee design development and testing reviews to ensure integrity quality and consistency in digital outputs
- Lead manage and direct technical and digital teams to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives
- Manage the launches of digital products and services and ensure the readiness of the systems and related entities and the plans for retreat and continuity
- Establish a high-performance working environment and promote ZATCA values
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree required
- Master's degree in Information Technology Management or Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
- An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
