DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Service Now SPM Specialist with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management SPM App Engine development and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Service Now SPM capabilities developing custom applications and workflows building reports and dashboards and improving business processes through automation and governance. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical platform solutions.

• Configure and optimize Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities and workflows
• Develop custom applications, workflows and scripts using Service Now App Engine
• Design and maintain integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems
• Build dashboards, reports and KPIs using platform-native reporting tools or BI solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve SPM processes through automation and workflow optimization
• Support governance frameworks and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate strategic requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot application workflow reporting and integration issues
• Support platform enhancements and continuous improvement activities

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong expertise in Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management SPM
• Proficiency in Service Now App Engine development including custom applications, workflows and scripts
• Experience with Service Now integrations and workflow automation
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports and KPIs using platform-native tools or BI solutions such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience optimizing SPM processes and implementing automation and governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid Iqama
• Immediate or short-notice availability is mandatory
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
