As a Service Now Business Analyst supporting Lucid Investment Company on an onsite basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and functional ownership of requirement gathering workshops, process mapping, backlog grooming, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing ITOM and ITSM processes, documenting As-Is and To-Be workflows, authoring detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, collaborating with Service Now developers and technical architects, managing stakeholder expectations, and interacting directly with senior recruitment leaders like Mohammed Abdul Azeez.

• Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders and IT leaders.
• Analyze existing IT service management processes and map As-Is workflows to out-of-the-box Service Now capabilities.
• Author comprehensive functional requirements documents (FRD), business process blueprints, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and groom product backlogs, prioritize feature delivery, and align development sprints with business objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Service Now developers and technical architects to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical designs.
• Plan, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, coordinate user training, and validate release readiness.
• Ensure strict adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational change management principles throughout project life cycles.
• Maintain meticulous requirement traceability matrices, process documentation, training manuals, and project status audit logs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive professional hands-on experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Service Now implementations.
• Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in ITIL v4 framework, ITSM processes, and workflow optimization.
• Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies, process mapping, and user story authoring.
• Deep practical experience utilizing agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Solid practical grasp of out-of-the-box Service Now functionality, tables, modules, and reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving aptitude, facilitation skills, and professional stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Mandatory legal work authorization, valid transferable Iqama, and physical residency in Saudi Arabia for immediate onsite engagement in Riyadh.
