Job Description:
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer supporting Innovate ch in Riyadh, KSA, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of Huawei-centric network security solutions spanning presales engineering and project delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Huawei USG and Hi Sec Engine firewalls, Cloud Engine and S Series switches, Net Engine and AR routers, Air Engine WLAN controllers, IVS video surveillance, and RTN microwave systems, preparing comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and collaborating directly with sales teams and senior project managers like Ahmad Adel.
You will operate in a collaborative enterprise technology environment while possessing a valid, transferable Iqama and physical residency in Riyadh. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements by submitting your updated CV via direct email to Eng. Ahmad Adel at or via Linked In DM.
- Spearhead complex presales technical evaluations, RFP analysis, solution architecture design, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) preparation.
- Deliver expert technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and architecture briefings to enterprise and government customers alongside sales teams.
- Implement, commission, integrate, and hand over robust Huawei network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
- Deploy and configure Huawei USG / Hi Sec Engine firewalls, Cloud Engine / S Series switches, and Net Engine / AR routers.
- Manage Huawei Air Engine WLAN systems, AC controllers, IVS video surveillance platforms, and RTN microwave transmission links.
- Troubleshoot network anomalies, diagnose security vulnerabilities, and resolve complex integration bottlenecks during project delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi enterprise security regulations, industry best practices, and client operational requirements.
- Maintain meticulous technical documentation, network design documents, configuration templates, and project handover logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive professional hands-on experience in network engineering and cybersecurity within the Saudi market.
- Strong, demonstrable operational expertise on Huawei enterprise projects across government and corporate sectors.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in Huawei firewalls, switching, routing, WLAN, IVS, and microwave systems.
- Mandatory possession of professional certifications such as HCIP-Security or HCIP-Datacom (HCIE certification is a strong plus).
- Solid practical grasp of multi-vendor network architectures, routing protocols, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Exceptional technical presentation capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and professional communication skills.
- Mandatory possession of a valid, transferable Iqama and physical residency based in Riyadh, KSA.
Skills:
- Expert-level Huawei Certified Internet Expert (HCIE) certification in Security or Datacom domains.
- Prior professional working experience in top-tier multinational systems integrators, telecom operators, or Huawei tier-1 channel partners.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud security principles, SDN technologies, and network automation scripting (Python).
- Experience utilizing enterprise IT service management (ITSM) ticketing platforms (Service Now, Jira) for project management.
