- Manage the procurement cycle from RFQ, quotation evaluation and negotiation through PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
- Process and monitor Purchase Orders using Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion.
- Prepare commercial comparisons covering price, delivery, payment terms, warranty, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers.
- Procure IT products and services including hardware, software, licensing, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- CIPP certification is required.
- 3-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within the IT/System Integration sector.
- Good knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Strong technical understanding of IT products, specifications, BOMs, licensing, and services.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Conduct commercial comparisons covering price, lead time, payment terms, warranty, delivery, and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, shipment, delivery, invoicing, and discrepancies.
- Monitor open and pending POs until delivery and closure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
