We're looking for an experienced Service Now professional to take a strategic role in shaping platform architecture, governance, and enterprise-wide standards. You'll work closely with business and technology leaders to drive platform maturity, optimise performance, and ensure alignment with the organisation’s long-term technology strategy.
What You'll Be Doing- Define and enforce platform architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews and drive platform consistency and optimisation.
- Manage technical debt and support continuous platform improvement.
- Serve as the Service Now Impact Architect, providing strategic guidance on platform maturity, adoption, and value realisation.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and enterprise platform strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Platform Architect.
- Strong expertise in platform governance, architecture standards, and enterprise platform strategy.
- Experience defining and enforcing architecture principles and governance frameworks across large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, manage technical debt, and drive platform standardisation and optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to work on-site in the Kingdom.
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now Impact or platform health assessments.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and integration architecture.
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients in KSA or the wider GCC.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- High exposure to leadership and decision-making
