As a Service Now Technical Architect supporting Lucid Investment Company on an onsite basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of platform blueprint design, technical governance, enterprise integration architecture, and stakeholder alignment.

• Architect end-to-end enterprise Service Now solutions, instance topologies, and multi-tenant integration frameworks.
• Lead the design and implementation of CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, ITSM, and ITOM enterprise architectures.
• Establish platform governance standards, coding guidelines, update set promotion protocols, and instance upgrade strategies.
• Formulate complex integration strategies connecting Service Now with enterprise ERP, CRM, and monitoring systems via web services and MID servers.
• Conduct rigorous architectural reviews, code audits, and performance tuning assessments for large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Lead technical workshops, requirement scoping sessions, and solution presentations for executive stakeholders and client leadership.
• Mentor development squads, provide technical escalation support, and drive engineering best practices across teams.
• Maintain meticulous architectural blueprints, integration documentation, governance policies, and roadmap compliance logs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional hands-on experience in IT architecture, with at least 5+ years specializing in Service Now.
• Strong, demonstrable operational expertise as a certified Service Now Architect across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM domains.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of enterprise integration architectures, REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP/SSO, and MID server configuration.
• Deep practical experience in platform governance, instance performance optimization, and upgrade management.
• Solid practical grasp of agile project management methodologies and enterprise IT service management frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving aptitude, executive communication skills, and leadership capabilities.
• Mandatory possession of a valid, transferable Iqama and current residency in Saudi Arabia for immediate onsite engagement in Riyadh.

• Official Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications across multiple suites.
• Prior professional working experience in top-tier multinational consulting firms or major enterprise transformation programs in the Middle East.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Experience utilizing enterprise agile tracking platforms (Jira, Confluence) for project governance.
• Active participation in enterprise architecture forums, Service Now advisory boards, or technical think tanks.
