Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT and systems integration projects, working closely with the Project Manager, clients, vendors, and technical teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed requirements.
Key responsibilities- Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
- Support the Project Manager in identifying risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
- Follow up on assigned actions and help ensure timely project execution.
- Assist with client communication and project coordination throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
