Join FRESME's Riyadh team to lead Tadbir ERP implementations for Saudi companies, from holding groups to contracting and trading firms. You will own projects end to end, from process review to go-live, working with our implementation and engineering teams.## What you’ll do1. 01

Lead end-to-end implementation of Tadbir ERP (Finance, SCM, HR, and ZATCA Phase-2 e-Invoicing) for GCC enterprise clients
2. 02

Conduct deep business process reviews and design chart of accounts, workflow approvals, and cost center hierarchies
3. 03

Manage client stakeholders, C-suite presentations, and project milestones across Riyadh and Eastern Province
4. 04

Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live change management
5. 05

Coordinate with our engineering hubs in Riyadh and Pakistan for bespoke feature development## What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience implementing enterprise ERP systems (Tadbir, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics)
* Expert understanding of ZATCA e-invoicing Phase-2 XML/UBL 2.1 compliance and GOSI payroll calculation
* Strong financial accounting background (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance strongly preferred)
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic or professional working English with GCC client exposure
* Based in Riyadh, or able to relocate to Riyadh## Nice to have
* PMP, Prince2, or Prosci Change Management certification
* Prior experience with Saudi construction, healthcare, or retail sectors
