As an ERP Implementation Consultant at FRESME, you'll lead end-to-end Tadbir ERP deployments for enterprise clients across the GCC and Pakistan. You'll be the bridge between client business requirements and our technical team — ensuring on-time delivery, user adoption, and maximum ROI for every implementation.## What you’ll do1. 01
Lead full-cycle Tadbir ERP implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
2. 02
Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments for clients
3. 03
Configure ERP modules:
Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Assets, and Projects
4. 04
Manage project timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication
5. 05
Deliver end-user training and produce functional documentation
6. 06
Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations## What we’re looking for
* 3+ years of ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
* Strong understanding of core business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, and HR cycles
* Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
* Proficiency in English;
Arabic or Urdu is a strong advantage## Nice to have
* Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoorah) implementation
* Certification in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
* Background in manufacturing, real estate, or healthcare verticals
