We are looking for an experienced Service Now & Dynatrace Automation and Observability Architect to lead enterprise architecture, integration, and automation initiatives across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.
The role focuses on establishing an integrated, closed-loop operating model connecting Dynatrace observability and Davis AI with Service Now ITSM for intelligent event correlation, incident management, orchestration, and automated remediation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and govern Service Now platform architecture, including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Design end-to-end integration between Dynatrace and Service Now for event management, incident creation, and automated remediation.
- Lead enterprise observability strategy using Dynatrace SaaS across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
- Implement AIOps capabilities, Davis AI-driven event correlation, anomaly detection, and automated root-cause analysis.
- Establish telemetry collection, enrichment, routing, retention, sampling, and cost optimisation standards.
- Align CMDB/CSDM with monitored services to enable effective event correlation and service visibility.
- Define SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and proactive alerting strategies.
- Establish automation governance, testing, rollback, audit, and change-management controls.
- Provide architecture leadership, conduct design reviews, and engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Service Now architecture, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Glide APIs.
- Hands-on architecture experience with Dynatrace SaaS, Davis AI, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and event management.
- REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Enterprise observability covering metrics, logs, traces, and events.
- AIOps, event correlation, closed-loop automation, and auto-remediation.
- Open Telemetry, Kubernetes, service mesh, and cloud-native observability.
- Hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant technology experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Service Now and observability solutions.
- Strong architectural governance, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
Required:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- At least one Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Preferred:
- Service Now CAD, CTA, or CMA.
- Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.
