Account Handler

This is a part-time on-site role for an Account Handler - Health and Benefit, located in Riyadh. The Account Handler will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling renewals, providing excellent customer service, and dealing with insurance and insurance brokerage matters on a daily basis. Duties include monitoring customer inquiries, processing claims, negotiating policy terms, and ensuring client satisfaction with health and benefit solutions.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Account Management and Renewals
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Experience working in the health and benefits sector preferred
