We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Supervisor to oversee employee insurance programs and ensure smooth coordination with insurers, brokers, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, efficient, and employee-focused insurance services.

What You’ll Be Doing Insurance Management
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to issue, renew, and update insurance policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact with brokers for policy changes and coverage updates.
  • Ensure insurance coverage aligns with employee and business needs.
Payments & Records
  • Work closely with the finance team to process insurance payments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of premiums, deductions, and payments.
  • Manage all insurance claims (medical, accident, and other related claims).
  • Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely claim approvals and settlements.
  • Keep clear and organized records of claims and outcomes.
Employee Coverage Updates
  • Process additions and removals for medical insurance coverage.
  • Ensure policy updates reflect employee status changes accurately.
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee insurance records.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on onboarding, offboarding, and insurance-related matters.
  • Prepare clear insurance summaries and reports for management, covering costs, claims, and coverage details.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance field, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, CIC) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Comfortable using insurance systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
