We are looking for a Claims Officer with at least 4 year of experience to join our team. The role involves handling motor insurance claims, assessing validity, managing recovery cases, and ensuring smooth coordination with Finance for timely claim settlements.

• Process and assess incoming claims, identify fraud, and manage salvage/recovery.
• Provide claim-related support to customers.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments.
• Assist in updating claims procedures in the IMS system.

• IFCE certified, with a solid understanding of insurance and risk assessment.
• Proficient in insurance systems and software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused.

• Minimum 4 year in a similar role.
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma preferred.
