Manager - Motor Claims

Role Overview As a Manager - Motor Claims, you will oversee end-to-end operations and processes related to motor vehicle insurance claims. Based at our HQ, you ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a HYBRID environment to deliver seamless claims experiences, optimize efficiency, and drive process excellence within our organization.

• Manage the motor claims team’s daily activities to ensure timely and accurate settlement of claims.
• Oversee claims assessments, investigations, approvals, and payment processes in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Monitor claims data and formulate strategies to reduce loss ratios and improve turnaround times.
• Identify and implement process improvements for claims operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claim cases and customer queries.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to service standards and performance KPIs.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics for management review.

• Proven experience in motor claims operations, with a strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to motor claims.
