Tech knowledge with digital expertise and business development capabilities — someone who can help build, operate, and scale a digital insurance platform.

• Strong Experience in Digital Insurance / Insur Tech / Insurance Brokerage / Online Insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance products, digital distribution, and customer journeys
• Experience with digital insurance platforms, insurance technology, or digital products
• Proven background in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial Growth
• Ability to connect Insurance + Digital + Business Development
• Experience working with insurance companies, brokers, technology providers, and strategic partners
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities

Experience in Fin Tech, Digital Transformation, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, Insurance Marketplaces, Aggregators, or Embedded Insurance is a strong advantage.

• Lead the overall Digital Insurance & Insur Tech strategy

• Develop and scale the company's digital insurance brokerage platform

• Identify and develop new digital insurance products, services, and distribution channels

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, technology providers, and other ecosystem partners
  .
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and market expansion
  .
• Translate customer and market needs into digital insurance products and platform capabilities
  .
• Oversee the end-to-end digital insurance customer journey and continuously improve the digital experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital distribution, and technology-enabled insurance solutions

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, insurance, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging Insur Tech opportunities

• Ensure the platform and digital insurance offering remain commercially viable, scalable, and customer-focused.
