Senior Underwriter - Group Life (Employee Benefits & Credit Life)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to assess and underwrite group and credit life insurance proposals, ensuring sound risk evaluation and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and underwrite Group Life and Credit Life insurance proposals in line with company guidelines.
- Analyze group demographics
, risk factors, and financials to determine appropriate terms and pricing. - Collaborate with sales
, actuarial, and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention. - Review existing group portfolios and recommend renewal terms and risk management strategies
. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Experience
: Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Life and/or Credit Life Underwriting. - Strong knowledge of employee benefits schemes, group mortality trends
, and credit life products. - Familiarity with underwriting software and digital tools is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g.,
Chartered Property Casualty
