Corporate Claims Sr. Analyst

Review assess and process General Insurance claims in accordance with policy terms internal procedures and regulatory requirements Investigate claim circumstances evaluate coverage applicability and ensure claims are handled fairly and accurately Coordinate with insureds brokers reinsurers and internal departments to ensure smooth claims handling and resolution Coordinate with loss adjusters and review their reports recommendations and supporting documents Liaise with Facultative FAC and Treaty Reinsurance companies brokers to obtain approvals and confirmations where applicable Ensure compliance with company authority limits claims guidelines and service level agreements SLAs Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement within approved turnaround times Negotiate claim settlements with clients brokers service providers and other stakeholders when required Review reserve recommendations and ensures adequate reserving in line with company policy and claim developments Prepare claim summaries reports dashboards and performance analysis to support management decision-making Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and elevate them in line with internal procedures Ensure proper documentation and compliance before processing claim payments and settlements FAC Treaty SLA

Academic Qualifications and Experience :
