Senior Underwriter; P&S

Mutakamela Insurance is looking for a Senior Underwriter in the P&S department to join our team.

• Assess risks and determine appropriate premiums.
• Review exposures, analyze experience ratings, and adjust pricing within delegated authority.
• Prepare underwriting and pricing documentation.
• Oversee policy servicing, billing, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze underwriting data and support process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in underwriting, preferably in Life & Savings Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
