Position: Technical Designer (Saudi National)

The Technical Designer position is a key role within SARA Group, providing technical expertise that supports our sales, operations, and customer experience. As the technical backbone of the coordination team, you will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, warehouse, and clients to deliver accurate technical solutions, seamless order execution, and outstanding customer support. Your expertise will ensure customers receive the right products while contributing to operational excellence across the business.

What

You'll Do
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to the sales and coordination teams.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Support client meetings and site visits by providing technical clarification when required.
  • Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, product availability, and technical information.
  • Review and update quotations based on project changes and customer requirements.
  • Handle product-related inquiries and provide timely after-sales support to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
  • Conduct product training sessions to strengthen product knowledge across the business.
  • Share technical updates, product enhancements, and best practices with sales and coordination teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX to manage inventory checks, order processing, order tracking, fulfillment, and product transactions.
  • Maintain accurate system records and ensure proper documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical coordination, technical sales support, or a similar role.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and quotations.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, product specifications, and documentation.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
