• Translate employment contracts, commercial agreements, official letters, and corporate correspondence between Arabic and English.
• Translate legal and administrative documents while preserving their original meaning, intent, and terminology.
• Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.
• Ensure the confidentiality of contracts, employee information, and sensitive company documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify technical, legal, and contractual terminology.
• Maintain organized records of translated documents and deliver assignments within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure translated documents meet applicable official requirements when intended for formal submission or use.

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional translation experience, preferably in the aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing industry.
• Must hold a valid professional license or official accreditation as a translator from the relevant competent authority in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience translating contracts, official letters, legal documents, and corporate correspondence.
