We are seeking a lawyer specializing in Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulations, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and public offerings. This role aims to ensure compliance with legal requirements involved in raising capital through public markets.

The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive legal support during the process of capital raising through public markets. Key areas of work will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on regulatory matters, and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with securities laws and CMA regulations.

• Provide expert advice on CMA regulations, IPO processes, and public offerings to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Advise clients on regulatory matters and navigate complex legal frameworks related to public offerings.
• Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies such as the Capital Markets Authority.
• Exercise strong negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for clients.

• Bar-certified Lawyer with specialized knowledge in CMA regulations, IPOs, and public offerings.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Strong understanding of securities law and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
• Superior communication abilities, with a track record of facilitating productive dialogues with regulatory bodies.
