Senior Legal Advisor

The Senior Legal Advisor will provide expert legal counsel and support to the company on a wide range of issues, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, real estate, and regulatory matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring the company’s activities comply with applicable laws, and mitigating legal risks across operations.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on all company matters, including corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Advise management on potential legal risks and propose proactive risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Support project teams on real estate development agreements, land acquisition, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and negotiations when necessary.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities as required.
• Maintain proper legal documentation, case tracking, and contract database.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and advise management on potential impact.

• Experience with government relations and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with joint ventures, public‑private partnerships, and investment laws.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office Suite.
