Job Summary
Job Summary: The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior and fit-out projects. The role ensures that all purchases are made in line with project budgets, timelines, and company standards, maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and subcontractors for interior and fit-out projects.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to forecast material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and KSA regulations.
Develop and maintain vendor databases for key materials and products.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the fit-out/interiors or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, and furniture sourcing.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Hours: Sunday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
