Samir Group (KSA) isseeking a results-driven and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and be responsible for optimising processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management. About the Role- Coordinate and supervise the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance metrics.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
- Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, contract terms, and relevant regulations (including import/export and SFDA documentation).
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to meet business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on supply chain performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on supply chain transformation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in a similar role managing supply chain operations (in international logistics is a must).
- Familiarity with SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) requirements and import/export logistics preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in English.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of supply chain best practices, processes, and risk management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to work in KSA
