As part of establishing and strengthening our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to build, implement, and lead our local supply chain function.

• Develop and implement the local supply chain strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks.
• Lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and operational reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive improvements, and manage contractual relationships.
• Oversee inventory planning and logistics coordination to ensure operational readiness and optimized working capital.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.

• Lead supply chain contributions to the Saudi site establishment project, including recruitment, system implementation, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Implement supply chain systems and tools (ERP, planning tools, dashboards) required to operate efficiently from Day 1 to scale.
• Act as the local subject matter expert for supply chain and support regional/global teams in replicating best practices from Saudi operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics management.
• Proven experience in setting up or scaling supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Hands‑on mentality combined with strategic thinking.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, Oracle).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential in an international environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
