Supply Chain - Co-op Internship

This is an opportunity at adidas in our Head Office in Qurtubah, Riyadh within our Supply Chain department.

A supply chain intern assists with various tasks related to supply chain management, including data analysis, inventory management, and vendor relations, while gaining hands‑on experience in the field.

• Assist in Supply Chain Operations:
  Support the supply chain team in daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze data related to supply chain processes, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supplier performance metrics.
• Vendor Relations:
  Maintain supplier scorecards and assist in managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Market Research:
  Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate pricing quotations.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Draft reports, assist in compliance management, and support the preparation of procurement plans and quarterly reports.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide administrative assistance to the supply chain management team in different tasks required.
• Connect with retail and wholesale teams to support with the requests shared.
• Monitor port pendency of timely container movement within DC daily capacity.
• Approval of 3PL invoices from origin, transport, and customs.
• Manage the claims process and ensure timely resolution of any product issues.

Educational Background:
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering or relevant.
