Supply Chain / Intl. Trade, Procurement / Purchasing, Logistics Coordination, Inventory Control & Analysis
A leading Saudi restaurant chain with an extensive branch network across the Kingdom, running a high-volume operational supply chain that depends on disciplined daily purchasing, accurate ERP data, and tight coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and branch operations. Company name shared after initial screening.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone who has actually run day-to-day procurement — issuing POs, chasing deliveries, fixing pricing mismatches, and keeping the supplier master clean on a real ERP. Not someone who only forwarded requests or worked in Excel sheets parallel to the system. You understand how a PO moves from request to receipt, you can read inventory and spot a problem before the warehouse calls you, and you know how to hold a supplier accountable when a delivery slips.
If your experience is purely administrative or limited to ad‑hoc purchases, this role isn't the right fit.
- Issue, track, and close Purchase Orders with local suppliers across food, packaging, and operational categories
- Coordinate delivery schedules and confirm quantities, pricing, and lead times for every cycle
- Maintain and update the supplier master on the ERP — vendor data, pricing, payment terms, and performance records
- Monitor inventory levels with the warehouse team and apply FIFO discipline across SKUs
- Prepare monthly procurement reports — spend by category, price variance, and supplier performance
- Support sourcing initiatives and participate in negotiations for operational and recurring contracts
- Coordinate with operations, accounts payable, and warehousing to ensure supply continuity across branches
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on procurement experience — F&B, food, or restaurant industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Working knowledge of at least one ERP (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics) actual usage, not just exposure
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with FIFO, cold chain basics, and food procurement workflows
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
