Supply manager

Overview

As a Supply Manager you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, monitor inventory levels, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excess stock.
• Coordinate with internal teams to anticipate demand and plan accordingly.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices and inventory levels.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain management or procurement role.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in the Philippines market.
• Fluency in both English and Tagalog.
• Familiarity with Filipino culture.
• Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits.

Salary: $1300 USD/month
