Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to maintain consistent on-shelf availability.
  • Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing sales performance, trends, and store insights.
  • Coordinate product allocation to stores based on assortment priorities and sales needs.
  • Work closely with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
  • Track order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, lead times, and escalate operational delays when required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Commercial teams to align delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and manage promotional volumes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on service levels, stock availability, and delivery performance.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across supply chain processes.
  • Support system updates, process enhancement initiatives, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3 years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or value retail.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Good communication abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
