Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life‑saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high‑quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.
The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!
Your Role PurposeThe position owns demand review processes, supports logistics and inventory planning activities, contributes to supply chain financial management, and drives continuous improvement across planning operations both local and Global.
Your Responsibilities Demand Planning & Forecast Management- Lead end-to-end demand planning for the KSA market, ensuring scalability to support increasing sales volumes and market expansion.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning transparency.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to understand evolving demand drivers in a highly dynamic market.
- Facilitate and lead monthly Demand Review meetings.
- Support logistics and supply planning activities to ensure service continuity and inventory health.
- Monitor inventory exposure, slow‑moving risks, and service level impacts.
- Own Supply Chain budget preparation and conduct monthly financial performance analysis, ensuring alignment between growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Partner with Finance to support cost control and business planning activities.
- Monitor inventory health (service level, exposure, slow‑moving risk) and drive cross‑functional mitigation plans to sustain service while supporting market growth.
- Act as the single point of accountability for demand and planning‑related topics in the KSA market and represent KSA planning performance in Global and regional forums.
- Contribute and represent KSA SC team in Global and Regional SC projects.
