Job Title: F&B Raw Material Procurement Manager

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree or above

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement plans for F&B raw materials to ensure supply chain stability and cost optimization.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to build long-term partnerships, ensuring raw material quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to formulate procurement strategies, control costs, and improve procurement efficiency.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and quality supply of raw materials in support of business operations.
• Establish and improve procurement processes and management systems to drive standardization and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Food Science, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B raw material procurement, frozen food procurement, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise for a senior-level role.
• Solid knowledge of the F&B raw material market with strong supplier development and management capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills, negotiation abilities, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; candidates with Dubai work experience are preferred; must be able to work on-site in Riyadh.
