Supply Chain Director

A well-established operations and maintenance group — part of a major regional holding — is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead its end-to-end supply chain function at headquarters level, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a strategic seat with full ownership of procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory across a multi-site project environment. You'll set the supply chain strategy, drive cost efficiency and lean practice across diverse locations, and lead the adoption of technology — ERP, demand forecasting, supplier performance systems — to modernise how the function operates. You'll lead a full team spanning category management, procurement, buying, warehousing and inventory control.

• Supply chain strategy aligned to business growth and integrated facilities management (IFM) service delivery
• Procurement leadership: supplier selection, negotiation and contract management with local and international vendors
• Inventory and warehouse optimisation, including lean warehousing and just-in-time approaches
• Logistics planning and delivery performance across multiple project sites
• Departmental budget ownership, cost analysis and forecasting
• Governance, QHSE compliance and supplier risk management
• Building and mentoring a high-performing, multi-location team

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, logistics or supply chain (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 15 years in supply chain management, including at least 5 in a leadership role — firm requirements
• Experience in IFM, O&M or a related multi-site services industry strongly preferred
• Hands‑on expertise implementing SCM technologies;
  Oracle Fusion knowledge an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical and team leadership credentials
