DescriptionThe Support Operations Officer (SPO) serves as the principal integrator for logistics and sustainment operations supporting the Ministry of National Guard (MNG) Aviation Training and Technical Support Services (ATSS) Program. The position synchronizes supply chain management, maintenance support, transportation, procurement, inventory management, and operational planning to ensure continuous aviation readiness across supported locations. The SPO serves as the primary coordination point between maintenance, logistics, customers, and commercial suppliers to maximize aircraft availability and mission effectiveness.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in aviation logistics, supply chain management, or military sustainment operations.
- Experience supporting rotary-wing aviation programs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional logistics teams in a government or defense contractor environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply support, transportation, inventory management, procurement, forecasting, and maintenance support operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and base access.
- Valid US Drivers license.
Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal RecordTo qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol TestingCandidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
