Role DescriptionThe Logistics Officer role at Beamed Trading is a full-time or part time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Logistics Officer will coordinate and oversee daily logistics activities, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely distribution of products to customers. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, organizing warehouse operations, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Logistics Officer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate end-to-end movement of goods and materials.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Inventory Control to manage stock levels, track product movement, and reduce discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of products.
- Candidates should possess solid Administration skills to handle documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or medical product logistics is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and ERP or inventory systems are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate within a diverse team, and communicate effectively in English;
Arabic language skills are a plus.
