We are seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations, supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, and purchasing activities while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Manage purchasing activities and procurement budgets
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Project teams
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of procurement experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience using ERP procurement systems
- Knowledge of Saudi procurement practices is preferred
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead procurement teams
- Saudi Nationality is required
