Procurement Supervisor

TAAM Health is looking for a TAAM Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. TAAM Health is a healthcare transformation company focused on strategy, innovation, and technology. • Support the Procurement Manager in managing day-to-day procurement operations. Oversee supplier order execution, track deliveries and ensure procurement processes are followed consistently across clusters.

• Execute purchase orders and manage supplier communication for assigned categories.
• Track order status, delivery timelines and flag delays proactively.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier performance data.
• Support vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
• Assist in developing and enforcing procurement SOPs across the team.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to align purchase volumes with forecasts.

• 4–6 years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Healthcare or pharma procurement background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
