Description:

This training program aims to develop the trainee’s skills in procurement by gaining practical experience in purchasing procedures, analyzing departmental requirements, communicating with suppliers, reviewing quotations, and supporting the preparation of procurement‑related reports and databases in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

• Assist in analyzing departmental requirements for materials and services and identifying purchasing needs.
• Support the comparison and evaluation of supplier quotations based on price and quality.
• Participate in identifying suppliers and updating supplier databases.
• Support purchase request procedures and follow up on procurement‑related documents.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports and maintain purchasing records and documents.
• Apply procurement policies and procedures and contribute to process improvement.

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Eligible to join the Tamheer Program.
• The applicant must not be currently employed.
• The applicant must not have been registered as employed during the previous 6 months.
