We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Purchase Executive in Saudi Arabia

• Manage procurement activities for automotive parts and materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.

• Procurement & Purchasing – Manage end-to-end purchasing activities.
• Vendor Management – Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Negotiation – Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Automotive Industry Knowledge – Understand automotive components and procurement processes.

• ERP/SAP Procurement Module
• Cost Analysis
• International Procurement Exposure

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with hands-on procurement responsibilities. Experience in supplier negotiation, purchasing processes, and inventory coordination is essential.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (Typical)
• Preferred: MBA / Supply Chain Management (Typical)
