The Supply Chain Trainee will support the Procurement Department in purchasing and sourcing activities, supplier coordination, purchase order follow-up, and documentation. The role aims to ensure that the company’s requirements are provided on time and in accordance with approved procurement policies and procedures.

• Assist in receiving and reviewing purchase requests from different departments.
• Request quotations from suppliers and compare them based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order status.
• Update supplier information and maintain procurement-related documents, quotations, and contracts.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Prepare regular reports on purchase requests, orders, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehousing, and requesting departments.
• Ensure compliance with approved procurement policies and procedures.
• Organize and archive procurement records and supporting documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the Tamheer Program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• No previous work experience is required.
