Join NADEC and support the daily operations of one of the Kingdom's leading fleet organizations. This role is responsible for coordinating fleet support services, ensuring compliance with government regulations, managing fleet documentation, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining operational efficiency across the fleet.

Department: Fleet

• Coordinate fleet support activities and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Manage fleet documentation, vehicle registrations (Istimara), MVPI renewals, and operating permits.
• Coordinate with Traffic Police, Public Transport Authority, Ministry of Transport, and other government entities.
• Manage vehicle insurance, accident follow-up, and claims processing.
• Support purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Monitor fuel consumption, pool vehicles, fleet KPIs, and operational reports.
• Maintain fleet, workshop, and asset records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support SAP implementation, reporting, and dashboard development.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Fleet, Transportation, or Logistics operations.
• Experience with fleet documentation, government transactions, and fleet administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
