You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Monitor and manage daily B2B transportation operations, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate linehaul transportation activities to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Track in-transit linehaul shipments and proactively resolve delays to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate closely with Distribution Station (DS) teams to align loading schedules, unloading activities, and ETA updates.
• Liaise with transportation vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure operational documentation and reporting are maintained accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, linehaul, or supply chain operations. Experience managing B2B transportation operations and coordinating with third-party logistics providers is preferred.

Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
