• Review tender specifications, contracts, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
• Mandatory experience using the NUPCO platform.
• Strong knowledge of government healthcare tender procedures and procurement regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
